    Default Garcinia Cambogia

    So, tell me about it...

I have lost 10kg and have 5 to go, eating correctly and exercising, wanting to use this as just a boost. Thoughts...

    Thanks...

Waste of money. Does nothing except cause extreme bloating.

It's funny - I hadn't even heard of this till this morning, when I finally decided to find out what all of the suggested page links on my Facebook all allude to (you know the ones with the avocado and egg...)

Looks like 99.9% of people say it's useless and doesn't work, in amongst all that I found about 3 people saying it does work - 6kg in 3 days and 10kg in a week (or something like that).

If you truly are losing weight the rate that is stated above (in my post, not the way you've been doing it babylove), there's something seriously wrong with how you're doing it - that is extremely unhealthy.

If you've lost 10kg already babylove - congrats to you, but my suggestion would be to keep doing what you're doing - it's obviously working.

It's a fad. No science to support it. Keep doing what you're doing op!!
