Home made mini pizzas. Looking after my niece and nephew tonight and my niece is fussy so this is the easiest way to make sure she will eat - let her make it!

Yes I do that with my fussy niece the last pizza she had was cheese & vegemite! That's it nothing else!

We had a BBQ, Chile style.

    Chorizo sausage
Chicken marinated in lemon, garlic, salt and a little chilli
2 different potato salads: one with coriander, onion and the dressing was oil and lemon juice. The other with peas, carrots and the dressing was a homemade mayo! So good!
Then a salad of avocado, corn and tomato with oil and lemon juice as a dressing

I can't find hass Avos anywhere at the moment, are they out of season or something? I paid almost $4 for a sheppard avo last week and I thought surely it will be ripe today - nope, still rock hard!

We had baked chicken amd had intended on having a garden salad but it ended up just being lettuce as the tomatoes had gone yucky and the shepard avocado was still rock solid :-( I am still hungry!
