    Rigatoni pasta with a creamy tomato mushroom sauce, and eggplant schnitzel. Might put a salad together too if I can be bothered 😝

    We had homemade lasagne with home made chips, Greek salad and garlic bread. Om nom. The best part is there's enough left over for tomorrow nights dinner too- huzzah!
