    Chicken schnitzel, mashed potato and steamed veg. Hubby was basically doing cartwheels when I told him what we were having, schnitzel and mash is his favourite!

    Turkish Zucchini Balls (can't remember what they're actually called!) with garlic yoghurt. After all the running around trying to source ingredients I hope they turn out.

    tacos for the kids (and I am sure DH will join in and DH and I will have some grilled haloumi with salad etc later on. Fave dessert lately is honey dumplings so might make them- great results for almost no effort.
