DH's on night shift this week, so tonight will be a very easy meal of Cauliflower mash, steamed broccoli, carrots and home made parmesan crumbed steak, not too exciting or exotic, but it will do.

DH offered to cook tonight and asked me to pick whatever I wanted- I haven't had homemade lasagne in years so that's my request He's a great cook so I can't wait. It'll be a bit different though, DH is a vegetarian so he'll make it with a ricotta and spinach filling (so kind of like canneloni) but he'll also do a bolagnese sauce to serve over mine yummy yummy, with garlic bread too...

Something with tofu and bean sprouts. I haven't really thought any further than that.
