    Chicken & ricotta pancakes, never tried it before or made any sort of savoury pancake, but I kept seeing pancake posts on fb and it got me hungry for them!

    Spaghetti Bolognese. Not a favourite of mine but its easy to whip up after swimming lessons. Sauce is already done, just need to cook the pasta.
