    In my experience Dominos are really quite good about following up complaints- you should receive some small compensation. I hope you also put in a complaint about the store manager- I would image they wouldn't like that one bit. I ordered online once and picked it up, got home and realised they had forgotten my dessert. I sent an email complaint through, had the store manager on the phone within an hour, very apologetic and I received a whole meal deal in compensation (about $35 worth I think, just for a forgotten dessert?!)

    Gross! I am fighting with dominos at the moment, I ordered delivery pizza the other day and it took over an hour and when I got it it was literally stone cold and the chocolate mousse I got for DH was hot and melted. I spoke to the manager and they agreed to refund my credit card yet they still havent and are now saying it was not agreed to. I am peeved off, the food was disgusting.

    They ended up refunding the one pizza with the bug on it even though I bought 4 and chucked them all out. Then the manager had a hissy fit because I didn't take the whole pizza back in, I only took the piece with the bug back in.

    Yikes! Neither of those stories are good enough! Was this the decision of the stores, or head office?
