    I made some fresh pappardelle pasta a few hours ago that's just hanging drying right now and I'm going to make a creamy chicken sauce to go with it. Nothing beats fresh pasta

    Using up what I have.

    DH and older kids are having - Jalfrezi and rice.

    Younger kids and I will have potato bake and popcorn chicken ball things.

    Have got some lamb rump steaks marinating in red wine, garlic & herbs - will make a sauce out of the marinade once they're cooked. Going to do some baked baby potatoes and a salad to go with.
