    Welcome Tinkers!

Question is everyone using an OB? Im going through the public system. And wondered if anyone else is doing the same?

    welcome and congrats!
I have added Tinkers, rj85 and stillfuntryin to the roll call on the first page.

We are using our FS who is an OB and going private. It's going to be more expensive with OB's management fee, etc but we're happy to go down this path.
We considered public but haven't heard great things about our local public hospitals and my regular GP doesn't do shared care.

We have already gone to our hospitals maternity ward and done a tour, eager much?! ha

    Welcome rj85, tinkers and stillfuntryin

We are also staying with our FS who is also an OB. We have been very happy with him and his management fee is on a par with other private ob's

Is everyone told what there hcg levels are or do you have to ask? I have had messages left on my voicemail saying levels are excellent and everything is on track. I'm wondering if I should ring back and ask what my levels are or if it will just cause me to google excessively.

Water hasn't been a problem for me. I'm finding that I can't stand steak/sausages and salad leaves :-S
    I'm craving carbs!!

Had my scan. All is well, baby is measuring 22mm and the heartbeat was 174 so dr was really happy :-)
We are booked in for our NT scan for the end of March.

Trying to be healthy and I cant stand the sight of anything remotely healthy!
