Default Explain how to tag someone ?

Hey, reasonably new around on bubhub and wasn't sure how people are managing to "tag" other people in a conversation. Not when they reply with a quote but when they do something like @ username ..... exactly what do I need to do to make this work.....

Exactly what you have written. Just use the @ symbol and then username, no spaces in between.
