Crumbed chicken? You can call it nuggets. Just cut and crumb chicken pieces. If you slice a breast thinly you can actually get quite a bit out of it

My boys love chicken breast cut into strips and coated with Moroccan seasoning and then pan fried. I serve with veg, and at the age of 5 they are only just now accepting that they need to eat their veggies or get no dessert.
Veg korma curry
Risotto- I have a few "no stir" recipes I use and they're always big winners!
Potato and kumara bake- more of a side dish but its filling and at least they will eat that even if they won't have their protein.
Homemade takeaway is a big hit too- pizzas, burgers, chips, fish etc all cooked and serve simply.

Our kids (1, 6 an 8) love roast chicken with salad or more traditionally with roast vegies.
Older 2 love tacos, chicken wraps, steak burritos, microwave roast potatoes with various toppings, pizza (make their own), fried rice, eggs for a quick meal and salad plates with cold meats.

Kebabs - BBQ lamb , tzatiki and salad and put into a wrap
Pizzas - pick your own toppings
Stir fry and noodles ( beef/ prawn/ chicken/ fish)
Crumbed fish and homemade chips
Hamburgers - I do crab burgers or fish or beef burgers

Sorry I dont know if everyone realised, but I should have mentioned in OP that this is in the gesatational diabetes section...so they need to be meals that include a fair amount of protein and smaller amount of carbs that I can take less of if need be.
