Does anyone know about cervix position? AF is due sometime in the next few days. My cervix is currently really high, I can barely reach it. Is this normal for just before AF?

Have you been monitoring your cervix position all cycle, and if so, what has it been doing? It is soft and high around the time of ovulation, and is low during and after menstrual bleeding. It is high during pregnancy. Just before menstruation, I am not sure, but would think it is probably low.
Obviously there is variation between women.
Any chance you could be pregnant?

AFM, I am stressed. Hospital for me tomorrow, and I have barely any EBM for Lucy...maybe about 40mL.
I don't get why it is so difficult to express; I have heaps of milk.
Obviously the more stressed about it I get, the more difficult expressing becomes!!

    Lucy is still grumpy today
She has a rash on her left cheek which extends to her chin, and it looks quite red and excoriated, so that may be why she is being difficult. It's quite out of character for her too!

I generally don't monitor it. As weird as this sounds, I thought id see if there was any sign of blood, then I realised my cervix was high.

There's a small possibility. I'm taking the mini pill, so hoping it's been doing what it's supposed to, but I realise it's not 100% effective. I don't think we dtd at all until a day or so after ovulation (I'm not tracking that either, just paid attention to pains and EWCM). So all in all, it's highly unlikely, but the lack of AF which I really thought would be here today, has me a little freaked out.

That's no good about the EBM. If she sleeps through the night, it may be worth getting up a couple of times during the night, and expressing then

J, I'm going to suggest all the obvious things... Looking at newborn pics of Lucy, warm heat pack on you b00bs when expressing, warm shower jut before etc... I must admit, I can't get much expressing either... 50mls is the most I've gotten and that's because it was 5am and Poppi hadn't fed from that side at all...

We are doing good here... DH is away overnight on Saturday night, he plays back up for a Victorian sports team so has been away once already since Poppi has been born, but last time I had mum stay as Poppi was only like 4 weeks old and I just wasn't confident enough and he was going for two nights... So this time she is 9 weeks, and it's only one night... So hoping I am good on my own. I know that one night is nothing, but when he's here all the time to help out and what not, it's just a little daunting!

Hi everyone hope ur doing ok

LS- no idea about cervix position, I always found it hard to track

J- hp u find a way to get ur expressing happening

Maybee- I was wondering how long it takes for ur boobs to settle once u stop fb too

As for me I'm trying to keep myself busy doing housework coz if I sit and think I get upset about starting work again in 1.5weeks and missing out on 3 days with my boy every week.

My brother also had a huge bmx accident a couple days ago resulting in a broken femur and 6 teeth smashed out. He is in a bad way but no spinal or brain damage thank god. Makes me scared what I'll have to go through with Lincoln when he's older.

J I loved the foot pictures too hehe. I hope Lucy is back to herself soon. Yes stress about expressing can be a big factor as to why it's not going well. I hope your treatment goes well tomorrow. Are you nearly finished?

Smurfy why are you both grumpy? She should get teeth soon! No idea about cervix as I've never checked mine.

Maybee yay for end of the work week. Mine is over too thankfully. I hate bra shopping too. No idea about breastmilk as I still get some when I squeeze.

As for pregnancy I'm finding it more difficult this time. I don't enjoy pregnancy at all 😞

Munchkin I'm sure you and Poppi will do great for your night alone!

Channy big hugs. Returning to work sucks but we all will survive. You are doing it to provide for Lincoln remember that xx
I hope your brother has a speedy recovery.

Toni, I think I'm pmt'd, and Sienna seems to be teething (tho she's seemed that way for a while)

That's no good that you don't like pregnancy.
