Michelle- there is only one sleep school to my knowledge here and it's the QE2 (Queen Elizabeth II) Centre. This is where MACH nurses refer to as she'll need to see them first and perhaps try some of their suggestions. They also make you attend the Early Days session they run before you can be referred, so they can demonstrate you've tried all you can and it's really necessary. I loved the QE2. They use the methods in the Safe Sleep Space book/DVD. She can visit their website to see more about this.

Channy, hope the wonder week is over soon. So tiring!!!

Gorgeous pics of lots of bubbas!

Well, Meadow was sick for much of last week, and it meant extreme sleep deprivation as I literally couldn't put her down all night. But my phone consultation with Safe Sleep Space was useful to get my thoughts organised about how to tackle her sleep again and once she was better I began gently. She has improved already in just a couple days, going from 5-6 night wakings to 3. And easier to put down in her cot rather than crying if I dare stop cuddles. So I am happy with that and will keep working on it with baby steps.
