Asking on behalf of my sister, they've built a new home but have had no luck with cabinet makers, 1st 2 quit without doing anything...the 3rd one has cancelled twice on them, finally turned up late the day he said he was coming, did 2 hours work and left again and hasn't been seen since.... Not answering phone, or returning calls/messages. He required part payment up front so now my sis is out of pocket and still has no cabinets in her kitchen or laundry... Is there any type of ombudsman or something she could contact? We're in WA. TIA
