    Default Vitex & B6 Help

Can anyone tell me the rules of taking vitex & B6? Last cycle I only had a 6-7day LP &that I want to lengthen. When do I start taking vitex & B6 & do I need to stop taking it at any time during the cycle? TIA

I am a huge believer in vitex and b6! My dd2 wouldn't be here without them.

I took b6 every day of my cycle, and vitex I took from day 1 until I ovulated.

I've read on various forums that some people take vitex from the day after their af finishes until the day af starts again. I think most people give their body a break from vitex for at least a part of their cycle.

Oh, and I got pregnant first cycle of vitex and b6!

Can I ask how many times a day you took vitex? The bottle says 3 times a day. Is this necessary?

I only took it once, but different brands may be different strengths?
