I was inspired by the Organised Housewife and just did mine over....boy did it need it! I can't really say it's finished until I buy some more Tupperware and make a trip to Howard's to get some shelve organisers BUT this is a much needed start to my teeny- tiny pantry....

I found lots of stuff which expired Jan/Feb 2014 so I ended up throwing heaps out (mainly baking stuff) but it feels great to get it done and I have so much extra space in my Tupperware cubboard now that I'm actually putting it all to use! .... Thanks to my dd for having a massive sleep so I could get the bulk of it done

I have a heap of ClickClack containers that I got on OzSale clearance. I already had a couple and love that they are genuinely airtight and stack.

I keep infrequently used things up the top in baskets (cake decorating etc) as well as batteries and liquor for safety reasons.

Next shelf is still out of DD's reach so I keep snacks plus all my flours (in containers). I empty out snack multi packets into a big tellfresh container as soon as I unpack the shopping.

Then at easiest reach is cereals and sauces (in a basket so I can pull the whole lot out). Plus longlife milk and prima type drinks behind.

Next down is cans and rice/pasta. I have a little basket for all my sachets like taco seasoning etc.

Floor is dog food in a tub, potato/onion stacking baskets and extra cereal boxes etc (darn you twofor deals!!)

Then spices, stock powder/gravox and oils in the door baskets.

I'd do a photo but moving interstate in a month so it's all gone to hell as I'm washing and packing the containers as I empty them.

Well you two are very clever....I went with beige seals thinking they would never discontinue the beige. Wrong wrong wrong. Seals only come in black, red and blue at the moment. Not happy!

For those too poor or unwilling to submit to Tupperware, Kmart has a similar range. I am sure it's not as good obviously, but it does the job and is much more price friendly.

My pantry is in shambles. I just bought new plastic containers today. I am saving organising though for when we move in a few weeks.
