Just after some feed back on a water birth.
This is baby 3 baby 2 was a quick 2.5 hard and fast labour and the Gold Coast hospital allow water births now so I have been thinking that's the way to go this time with our last baby.

I had one and loved it was very comforting and for me, healing as a result of my first birth.
If you can get into the birth centre that's a fantastic option for your next birth. Any birth still would need research in terms of pros and cons, but water birth has many positives!
I enjoyed watching you tube clips of water births made by professional photographers (I got one made) before birthing too..gives you an idea of it.

I had a water birth and loved it. I didn't have any pain killers and the water made it bareable.
I fully recommend it. The moment my son was born he was relaxed and not in shock by the birth process and contently laid on my chest.
I had a midwife who was water birth trained.
If and when I have a second baby. I will opt for a water birth again

I had a water birth for my first, labour was 2.5 hrs.
The only thing I didn't like was that the spa was too full and I floated too much during my contractions. Besides that I liked it and bub came out pretty happy

I tried one with my first birth but I hated it. I hated the floating sensation. It made me feel like I wasn't in control.

I had a water birth with my first and absolutely loved it. I naturally turn to water for pain relief, so it was a perfect option for me.

I loved my water birth with #2. Can't imagine having a land birth again after experiencing a waterbirth.
