I am 15 weeks pregnant with my first child. I was wondering if there is a student midwife / doula located in my part of the state who would like to follow my pregnancy journey to assist their education?
I am low risk (so far), fit, healthy and having a stress free pregnancy to date.
My nearest hospital is in Portland VIC, but it is likely that I will give birth in Warrnambool under the public system (not confirmed!).
Assisting a student is only something I have recently considered so I have not looked into the standard arrangements in any detail.
If you are a student midwife or doula located in South West Victoria, and you are looking to gain research hours towards your studies, please let me know by private message or reply below.
