    If your dh is certain, id ask him if he would consider a vasectomy instead, less invasive, safer, faster recovery, less side effects etc, then no requirement for you to be on hormonal or other birth control, which may be better for you?. I had my 2nd dd through ivf (hard, both emotionally and physically - with no guarantees of success) but one of the things I considered when I had my tt was that if I ever wanted more with my dh itd be through IVF - which would be the case anyway.
