Default Was just made redundant 6 weeks before bub is due

I've just been made redundant, anyone have any ideas how I can make some extra cash from home over the next few weeks before baby comes? I won't get much money from my current employer and want to get some extra cash before I get PPL from the govt. thanks

Big hugs moosey my df was made redundant last week before he was going to take a month off plus his holidays (so nearly two months). Real kick in the guts we have just used all that pay to survive until he finds a job now he wont be able be here to help me when bub is born (3wks time).

Garagw sale, sell baby items you dont need, cancel lay bys, budget food wise and if u can catch public transport maybe cash car rego in?

Are you crafty? You could sew some things and sell them.

Thanks! Good idea. The job situation isn't too bad. I was planning on working till 38 weeks so it's not a huge deal. I haven't been happy there so it's a blessing. Just bad timing.

Sorry to hear Monnie, it's not a great feeling is it? I just hope we can stretch our cash out. I'll sell some stuff and hopefully that will help.
