Milo is fine. there is vitamin A in it, as it takes A lot of vitamin A to reach dangerous levels. The recommendation is to not take extra supplements which contains vitamin A more than anything.....

My doctor told me to have Milo for my low iron levels. She probably didn't intend for me to eat it on ice cream though!! YUMMMMM
