Maximum for me is 16 hours a week. I'd love 12 hours a week but depends on distance and parking. There's sooo many great jobs out there I'd love to apply for but they are 3 days a week or 5 hours, 5 days a week! That's only because my mother in law is my childcare.

I'm working full time now, but it would be nice to work 3 days per week!

I used to do three days, 9-3. It was perfect for me. Now I do full time but with a flexible manager it isn't so bad.

I work 18.5 hours 2 1/2 days a week. Love it. Recently chucked on an extra two days and it's killing me. Can't wait to go back to my 2.5 days.

I have done 3 days, 8 hours a day for about 5 years now. When DD was born I did 4 days 6 hours a day.
Now that DD is at school and our school has a crap OSHC I would ideally love to do 3 days, school hours.

Depending on the age of your children I would say 2-3 days a week .
I did 2 days a week when I first went back to work after having 12 months off with each child.
Both times I then transitioned to a 5 day fortnight until going to 3 days a week when they were about 2 years old.
3 days a week works well very now, I may go to 4-5 days a week once they are both well established at school.

3 x 8 hours is perfect for my personal life, but unfortunately I just can't keep up with my job in 24 hours so I'm picking up another day soon. I'm going to try to stay at 4 days indefinitely.
