Is there anyone out there who is a contract teacher in a Catholic School in SA? I am just wondering about how the Maternity Leave payout work if I have gone from working full-time for more than 4 years to suddenly receiving a part-time position (not by choice). I have been told that I will only get paid part-time Maternity Leave and that the employer will not take into account the fact that I have worked full-time in the past
