    Default Should a fitball have something small rolling around inside it.? Lol

    Just got a Michelle bridges fitball and there seems to be something small moving around inside it. Is it normal??
    I can't hear it when using it just when it till around room

    Ok thanks. I wonder what it is. Maybe dh can deflate a see if it comes out then inflate again.

    Probably a default. I know it would be hard to take anything out of my fitness ball. Not sure how is yours made but it might be better to leave it be if it's not too annoying?
