We are planning our wedding for between jan-March next year. 30-40 people and a budget of about $7000. We are getting married on a catamaran in Sydney harbour. I am having blue Singapore orchids and pink oriental lilies as my flowers and basing the scheme around that. One bridesmaid and groomsmen and our DD's will be flower girls and nephews are pageboys

Pretty as long as the bridesmaids aren't in taffeta with puffed sleeves, giant floppy bows and/or ruffles I think it's a goer :-D

Haha will try keep it as simple as possible. DF thinks we should just tell the the colours and let them choose their own design

I think if you get them from the same designer they should complement each other nicely. I got my bridesmaids dresses from Belladonna in Bris, and while my 2 matched, they had so many designs and colours that it would've been easy to do.

This is a screenshot of the dress I (currently) love. It will be our of my price range though, so I'd need to find a similar style.
    Love the dress!!

I like the palette very classic!

We are not yet engaged but been together for 5 (nearly 6) years and dp says it's coming soon (so did the psychic o saw the other week!!) So I've already started planning!!!! It's something I've wanted for years now.

We want a laid back boho reggae wedding with a daisy and lace theme and ideally I'd like to get married in dps Small beach hometown in nz. It will def be a small, low budget affair. Very casual. Very us. We are not "black tie" people no way would i get dp in a suit. I like the fact that an overseas wedding will cut down on the number of people who can attend as I'd like to keep it around 50.

Nomsie what about a cream off white theme. I've seen that done before and it looks really nice, or maybe grey??

I have so many ideas and love wedding talk. I'll be back to post some photos!!
