Just a fun fluff thread.
Something you bought that was inexpensive that was the best money you ever spent. Something you can't live without or don't know how you lived without.
Mine is ( and won't be anything new to those of you who aren't first time mums!) $34 spent on a little lightweight bouncer i can pull into the bathroom so that I can have a shower without 12w old DD screaming the house down.
It's so luxurious to be able to have a shower that lasts longer than 5 seconds!

I have to agree that was one of my best purchases too Bubbles
Mine would have to be a 5m length of jersey fabric from spotlight, cost me about $25 and made 3 no-sew wraps

Before DS turned 1 I was walking around Vinnies and saw one of these for $3. I looked at it and thought it looked like a piece of junk, uncomfortable and didn't think he would use it.
I ended up buying it anyway as it was only $3 and he still uses it most days now! He's almost 3!! He freakin loves it!ImageUploadedByThe Bub Hub1390709003.913087.jpg

The swaddle wrap thingy! 24 bucks from big dub and basically it's like dd being in a straight jacket. I grabbed it on a desperate whim a week ago and haven't looked back. It should be the icon of "save our sleep".

I spent $15 on an 'ontray'. Best $15 ive ever spent...no more spilled snacks wile shopping.
I spend probably over $1000 on seeing a $400/hour psychiatrist but it was worth every penny to get a diagnosis and get my life back on track!!!

They remind me of some containers that a friend and I picked up from ikea loislane, they are meant to hook onto the rails you use for your utensils in the kitchen but they are perfect for hooking onto the rim of a shopping trolley!

$20 for a mirror that goes in the car so DS can see himself! Totally changed car trips for us.
