I've got the Swing and the Unimom Forte. Tbh I was very happy with the Swing but as soon as I realised it was an open system I went for the Forte which is equally as good but cheaper - I got mine at the Baby Expo though so can't comment on delivery times.

Thanks for all the replies. I had never heard of Unimom or Spectra before stumbling across this thread. They both sound very good. I'm looking for a hospital grade pump so will either go with the Forte or one of the Spectra hospital grade ones.
