I find it depends on the type of stain. I use sard wonder soap for most things and scrub the clothes before I put them in the machine, but for oily stains, dishwashing liquid works well.

I've tried most things, but can't go past Sard Wonder soap, it really works on most stains etc. I just give the stain a bit of an agitate with the soap and water before I throw in the wash and it's always effective. Eucalyptus Oil is good too.

I use a mixture of Preen oxyaction and sards along with a concentrated mix of laundry powder at times. Sometimes it still takes a week to get certain stains out.

I've always wondered the same! All I know is nappy San DOESNT work on stains. Brightening whites if used before they become discoloured yes, but nothing else.

I use a product called StainGo. It comes in a 200ml bottle spray. I get it from Woolies. As well as my clothes, I use it on my carpet. It removes a whole list of things. Works for me.

I use Omo ultimate washing powder... I find that I don't need to add anything else since the change . My self and the kids all have sensitive skin and also cope well.
I do a scoop and a half for my partners work clothes to be sure to lift the stains

Do you get this from the laundry aisle?
    Thanks
