    Just want to add that I was going to the gym regularly and playing soccer weekly when I fell pregnant the first time. I exercised throughout most pregnancies.

    I don't think it matters,but it also doesn't hurt to be fitter.
    I was 78 kg when I fell preg with dd and 102 with dd, I am going to go back for no 3 soon and gave just dropped 12 kg in the past few months, back to 95.
