That's terrible babygirl. You'd think they could have told you that earlier, not like they wouldn't have known he was on holidays!! It's not the time so much as the expectation and being disappointed. If you were told aug from the get go it would have been easier.

Our appt is on the 7th! It's coming on so quickly, I'm a bit nervous haha..... Not like we haven't had fs appts before, this one just feels more iconic.

I use pregnyl, 5000 for Trigger and 1500 for boosters x4! I do this for all my FETs.

I'm not too sure I think it has something to do with helping the corpus luteum release progesterone and tricking it into thinking your pregnant or something like that.

    I'm at Hollywood.

Hi everyone. Just wondering if anyone can recommend a clinic/doctor in perth that is good at treating couples with MFI? We are currently at fertility north. They have been ok so far but a couple of little things our doctor has said have kind of made me wonder if there's someone better out there. Doing a FET at the end of the month and may look at switching if it's not successful. Thanks in advance

Hi there, can't help you much in the way of MFI but we go to Fertility Specialists of WA and see Dr Mike Aitken. They are amazing, cannot speak highly enough of them. We are going back in Sept to start the process again for # 2. They have a reasonably long wait list for appts though (10 weeks when I rang) so if your keen on switching anywhere I'd get a referral to make an appt now and you an always cancel it. Good luck for your FET. Hope you get your BFP really soon, no matter which clinic your attending.

    Noodlemumma: doing FET ATM.

Besha: it depends on what kind of MFI.

A question lady, If you have been through FET, do u know if pregnyl is covered by medicare as part of the cycling cost?
