Well I must say I'm trying to form a habit drinking more water and if I have a straw cup I tend to drink more. I am also trying to adjust to the extra toilet trips haha. Sometimes it can be 20 mins before needing to go again lol.

The only way I'm drinking more is half mineral water half filtered water and a few drops of lemon juice.

Get a soda ******! Best kitchen appliance ever. Makes drinking water (no syrup) so much easier if it's got bubbles in it!

Woohoo 2 litres already today. I am literally peeing every 10-20 minutes but I am hoping this will settle down once my body has been flushed out. My aim is 2.4L eventually. I usually flake out at about 3:30-4pm but I haven't today so already seeing the benefits. I always thought I am frequently hungry (I ate constantly during pregnancy) but perhaps it's not actually hunger but thirst. Anyway thanks for this post. It's what I needed to help increase my water intake

I seem to be managing 3L a day since I last checked in, so not too bad.

Funnily enough, now that I am more consistent with drinking larger amounts of water, the frequent trips to the loo have settled down, which is much better!

Unless your in far North Queensland I think four litres is excessive - there is such a thing as too much water

I disagree, I do 3-4L a day. I'm bf'ing every two hours and constantly feel dry.

That particular article says anything over 4L is too much.
