Not to derail the thread but I'm interested, what do people drink if they aren't drinking water? I have one coffee in the morning and then all I drink is water. We have a soda ****** machine, we don't use syrups just have carbonated water.... Makes water so much easier to drink.

For me, Bubblesk, I drink a cup of tea in the morning and evening and if I am out I have coffee, otherwise it's water, water, water and soft drink as a treat when I am out to lunch or dinner.

Ive heard that you should really drink 1litre per 30kg of body weight.
Makes more sense than the standard 2L (or 8glasses) for everyone.

I need to join as my water intake is sadly zero too. I know for a fact that it contributes a lot to my fatigue and I prob have about 3-4 toilet trips a day. I used to have one or zero toilet trips when I was working full time in a shift.
ETA: I also find the taste of water boring hence why I don't drink it. I could drink apple juice all day though.

Got through about 1.5L today then my lovely child turned into the devil reincarnated at bedtime, so got stressed and drank soft drink. I'm working tomorrow and I drink slot more at work than at home so I hope I can get through the whole 2L :-)
