Thanks ladies. If I bank on 10 days post 5dt that wd be Wed 5 August (due to time difference) so I cd possibly book in for Sunday 9 August which wd be 4 weeks from my last Intralipid.
I'll call today and see what they say. I don't want to jinx myself by booking it in, but I don't want the stress of trying to get a spot either!

@MustRemainPositive, not sure if you are still considering clinics but I went to Conceptions in Hawaii in early May and had a very good experience. I posted about it earlier on this thread and another about ED in the US. Adrian was very good to deal with and I was lucky to have a great donor who produced 17 eggs resulting in 7 blasts (two transferred and five frozen). So much of our experience is based on the donor result and that is so unpredictable. We used an unproven donor so even more so. She was very young and healthy though (an athlete on a sports scholarship) so we hoped she would respond well. Hawaii is such a beautiful island to visit and we were very familiar with it, so that made going to Conceptions more appealing. We did explore San Diego as well, but it was more expensive and didn't seem like a good fit for us. I am now 12 weeks pregnant with twins so it worked well for us. But you have to be comfortable with your choice.
@emski72, I have been following your posts and I am so happy to see you are going back to SA in September (so soon!).
@Chiefsgirl, you must be so excited with your trip happening so soon. I have put together a list of restaurants in Waikiki and 'must do' tourist spots, and will PM you now with them.
AFM, as mentioned I am now 12 weeks along with twins. I have had weekly scans since my bleed a while ago and so far everything looks good. Babies have good heartbeats at 170 bpm and growing well. I am having my nuchal at 13 weeks so hopefully that will not bring up anything scary. I am off my medications which is a relief but have had terrible morning sickness that starts about 2pm and gets worse and worse until bedtime. So the opposite of traditional morning sickness. It has been difficult to remain productive at work!
Good luck to everyone about to travel and to those who considering DE!

@jackbenimble....thank you for your message. It's reassuring that someone I "know" had a good experience...it makes me feel better about our choice. Yes....we've decided to go with Conceptions. As you mentioned, San Diego is uber $$$$ and I looked into Chicago as my brother lives there but the donor list was not suitable for me (Asian). Conceptions just ticked many of the boxes and Adrian is very responsive. So...Hawaii here we come. My husband likes the idea of a mini-holiday....he's also ex-navy so excited about seeing Pearl Harbour and the history.
Another thing that helped me picked Conceptions was that when I showed my husband the list of potential donors, he picked the same one I did...without me saying one word....coincidence? Maybe....
I hope your scan went well and that your morning sickness settles soon. I didn't tell the "general public" until I was about 19 weeks with my 1st...just had to be sure everything was OK...doing the IVF journey makes you paranoid about everything (!)... but I'm guessing that won't be a possibility with 2 bubba on board!
Will definitely pick your brain when I make the trip to Hawaii (Feb16)...you might be a mother of 2 by then!!!
@Chiefsgirl....good luck and it all goes smoothly. And don't forget to have a fab time in Hawaii.

Hi ladies, I thought I'd update here as well. Conceptions has been really good at keeping us informed with what is going on and we couldn't be happier.
We are staying WAY out of Honolulu/Waikiki and if you are into the touristy things then it is def better to stay there. But our apartment on the beach is great even tho it is an hr and a half to our appts!ImageUploadedByThe Bub Hub1437467850.759368.jpg here is a photo from our balcony. We went out on our first night and met some love,y locals and will be catching up with them again next Friday, but generally everyone over here is super friendly.
Our donor had epu today and gave 60 eggs! I don't think they count like Australia does though, so we are thinking there will be about 20 mature ones there, which is WAY better than the 4-6 bad eggs I used to get!
I'll update closer to et when I know more, but we are very happy to have made the decision to come here, although DH said the porn at our old clinic was better😭
