I wash my hair whenever its sweaty, it gets really itchy and annoying otherwise.

I just rinse it in the shower and that feels clean to me. No smells or itchiness after that

It is hard! The things you have to do! I grew out my fringe because I couldn't stand it getting so sweaty. I also always wear a cap when I'm outdoors so it gets feral very quickly
I wash mine every second day. There's no way I can leave it any longer. I've used dry shampoo on occasion. Another quick trick my hair dresser taught me was to work a little powder through your hair. But I'm blonde so I can disguise it, not sure if it would work for dark hair!!

Dry shampoo and I invest in good quality shampoo to ensure my colour lasts

I do boot camp 5 days a week so always wash! I have thick curly long hair thy gets so sweaty so if not washed it turns into a huge knot ! wish I didn't have to wash everyday but no much choice
