@Leisylou - don't worry about being weird! I totally get it. Here's something morbid that I've found myself doing...

When I haven't been feeling very pregnant, I've caught myself thinking that if bub hasn't made it, at the very least I've kept it in a safe and comfortable environment.

    WTF, right??

Fortunately I told myself to knock it off with that kind of thinking, and so far have been successful.

    Be brave!!

Ladies it is super hard, but try and stay positive. We can only do what we can do to keep the baby going...

Stay strong, we are all in this together!!

One more day until my scan, thank goodness. Not much I can do one way or the other in the meantime so just have to be patient. Wish I could just trust my body to be doing what it's supposed to!

Still feeling a bit off if I don't eat and generally feeling exhausted and drained but that could be stress related.

Hi everyone! My DF and I have just started trying to conceive again. We suffered a MC at 6w4d three years ago and decided that it just wasn't the right time for us. We're very excited to try again but I have to admit I'm terrified of going through another MC. My best friend is currently waiting on a D&C as she has just discovered that she has a blighted ovum (also what I had) so all the memories and fears have come rearing their ugly head again. I hope I can be as lucky as some of you ladies and go on to have successful pregnancies after MC. I think this thread is a wonderful idea for supporting each other through difficult times.

Thanks LittleDuck - strange how we get these weird thoughts around our pregnancy! I am trying so hard to be brave, but the last couple of days I just haven't felt pregnant... I know symptoms come and go, so it's all likely to be fine, I still have a big bloated belly, slightly sore boobs and and am a bit tired - but other than that I'm not feeling anything much at all... Am so scared of going in on Monday for that scan :-(

I am having blood tests today and then again on Friday - so I know it won't be the ideal 48-72 hours to see a double in the hCG number, but as long as it goes up, then I'll have more confidence to face the scan on Monday. Fingers crossed xxxxx

Thinking of you Green Cheese today for your scan and hoping all is OK.
