Thanks ladies!!! It's great to hear your positive stories :-) Rose2207 I admire you for going gluten & dairy free - I don't know if I'd have the willpower to do that!!! But I'd definitely be willing to give the 'pond water' & acu a go. I don't drive due to one of my health issues but could probably manage to get to Nedlands or Tuart Hill once a week or fortnightly. Sounds like it would be worth it. Thanks again xxx

Oh, shani22, I used to live in the Morley area & saw a naturopath there who I didn't like - only went twice. He was in a shop just across the road from the Galleria. Would be a small world if it was the same one!

Your welcome, I hope you get what you need where ever you decide to go

Thank you, I work on the 80 / 20 principle so allow myself treats when I need / want them - other wise this whole TTC / IVF would consume me more than it already does.

I have auto immune issues, so gluten just adds fuel to the fire with those - I feel amazing since being on this path, my appetite gives my 6'4" husband a run for his money, where as before my I would share a pizza with my then 8 year old niece and she would east 3/4 of it and I would be full!!

If you go to James, I recommend buying a traditional chinese tea pot to brew the herbs (approx $22) I used just a metal pan for the first few months and when I bought the pot realised how much better it was. James has them there.

Keep us posted!! Sending you much luck xx
