Im pescatarian too but only eat seafood if im out because id rather cook vego stuff at home. The exception is to throw a can of tuna through some pasta or in some patties. I will cook the odd piece of meat to go with dh and ds dinner but most of the time they just eat the vego stuff ive made because nobody should be having meat with every meal anyway. Id rather ds try all different kinds of foods like beans, pulses etc. ds does get meat every second day or so but im not making too much work for myself in the kitchen.
Dh can buy himself something with meat in it for lunch at work if hes really craving it. If we are buying the rare takeaway ill get them some rotisserie chicken to share and ill have grilled fish.
