Just got results. BFP. We're officially pregnant...again.

Hgc 44 so more than doubled. 12dpo so another test in 2 days.

Just so scared as I've been here before only for it to end in heartbreak. Oh to be innocent again.

Verdict is in - back to OI!

Getting a blood test now to determine where I'm at right now and then will need to take provera to prompt a period and then back to good old letrozole!

2-3 months of OI and then look at injections or IVF. I'll be leaning more towards IVF over the injections, as for the effort involved I may as well go the whole hog.

Happy to be back on the OI path. New FS was happy that I managed to get a BFP once during a cycle, as it means I have at least one open tube and my body can make an embryo. Which I completely agree with! Will also need to get a more detailed ultrasound to check that everything is looking/working fine down there.

Really happy with the new FS. Also, I actually WANT to listen to his suggestions without my brain yelling "you arrogant man!" at him.

Thanks everyone. Trying not to let my mind run away with things too early.

Shrillian - great news on the new FS. Based on my current IVF outcome i'd agree that if you're spending the $ and the time and energy best of going straight to IVF. At least you know there is an egg, it has been fertilized and it has grown for 2/3/5 days so has the best chance possible, with hopefully some spares if it doesn't work out first go. you don't get to that point and the letrozole works.
