    Of course not, I increased my vitamin c and d intake and acupuncture. I really believe acupuncture has helped me, I had no bfp for over 12 months and then since seeing my fertility acupuncturist I have had 2 bfp in 3 months.

    Af arrived this morning, a day late, gave me a shred of hope yesterday. In between terrible pms I knew she'd be coming. My pms is the worst it's ever been. I've never really had it too badly but these last few months has been awful.

    what an achievement though to no hpts how did it feel ... Easier / less stressful / less roller coaster???

    Thanks Felicia! It was good, I tested 9dpo before my appt but apart from that it was fine. It is better not testing, I
    honestly would just expect bfn now anyway. I'm going to take a big step back from ttc and take it as it comes while we wait for the tests. Figure I'll focus on my health and diet, time to get back on the sugar free train 😃

    Thanks Cuky! I'm on a bit of a health mission. I can't take the extreme ups and downs anymore. This week I start taking thurs off work so I've booked DS in for swimming and before that he will go to crèche for 45m while I do a cycling class. I joined salad club at work too and I have a girl from DS daycare helping me 2 mornings a week with DS. Taking control of some things I have control of and putting ttc on the back burner mentally and emotionally.

    @babyla-sounds like a super super good idea - you got a lot of great stuff in place and enjoy it all sounds like fun!

    Excersise is a great distraction not only are you physically doing something to improve your fertility but you are emotionally helping yourself - if your feeling frustrated with some run it out it cycle it out on the bike
    I know for me if like my meditation for the day I don't think about anything else when I'm doing my gym and it's nice - as we all know ttc rolls around in your head all day and if you can have just that little free space break you'll feel a whole lot better for it!!

    for me Hun I can't tell you how much taking ttc out of the " spotlight" has helped
    Me , mentally , physically and emotionally
    When your holding onto a dream and it's something your ready for the lows are low
    but I know everyone has it in them to balance it out and make the ttc journey be peaceful and fun .... It's the hope and the want that's turns us Into crazy Poas , symptom spotting women
    If we can turn that around and put some of the good energy into ourself - we can stand tall when af arrives and we will be even prouder when that bfp arrives
