    Around 30 weeks we had a tentative date, it was booked in at around 34 weeks This was in the public system

    Booked mine at my 9 week appointment. Didn't end up needing that date but was still booked super early

    If you ask at your next app I'm sure they'll do it then!

    Private - pencilled in in the ob's diary (he had delivered our first via emergency c-section) between 10-12 weeks (our first appt.) and booked and confirmed by about 17-19 weeks!

    I went private- thought I'd have vaginal birth - until about 34 weeks due to some issues I ended up booking a c section which it was booked then. Had the c section at 38.5 weeks

    Through my private OB she booked me in at about 20 weeks so I knew the exact date from then on and I had bub at 37w6d.

    I saw my OB at 29 weeks and he booked my elective at the first appointment :-)

    With my first I went private and had a confirmed date at 20wks (I didn't make it to the booked date.).

    With DD I went public and I was given a date at my 34wk appointment, time was given 2 days prior at my pre-admission appointment. They wouldn't book me in prior to 34wks and I only got booked in at 34wks because I begged as I needed to know so we could organise DH & mum's time off work. Normally they would book at 36wks.

    I was given a tentative date from about 14 weeks but it changed for my last 2 who were born earlier then planned.
