I have a very short concaved bob - I have no idea if it's popular or even fashionable even but it suits my wavy/curly hair

This is the photo I show the hairdresser when I get my hair cut.

I just googled short hair styles until I found something I liked

The Lara bingle bob is huge.
I actually have this, ha ha. I am soooo anti Lara bingle but this style really suits my hair texture and waviness and is so easy and low maintenance.

Long fairly unkempt hair seems to be popular at the moment.

Really though, don't follow hair trends. Just get a cut you like and that suits you.

Consider how much time and effort you'll need to put into maintaining too... because stuff having to spend 2 hours on it each morning! :P

    This!
My hair used to be super long and I would either curl or straighten the whole lot every second day. Pain in the butt. Now I wash it every second day and let it dry overnight, then finger comb. Done.
Although when it was super long it was easy to put up in a sock bun when it was dirty. Ha ha. That's the only thing I miss!

Seems like the 'messy bob' is quite fashionable at the moment.

Mine is very similar to the photo wiseoldowl showed. I always put my hair in a pony tail if it's long, so this way it's kind of "styled" and I don't have to do a thing. I showed my newsreader the first pic but had the second done last time, a little mousse and riesling and it's styled.

I agree with Sassy. There is no point going with a trend that doesn't suit your face shape or life style.

I had long hair but cut a bob which was longer at the front because it framed my face well.

I was going to say concave bob as well. I see heaps of women with one.

It's an easy style to maintain and take care of too.
