Ok I have to come in and defend my beloved carbonated beverages. With the 'Coke Rewards' program (enter a code from each label on the coke website and get points) we have saved up our points and got a portable speaker which is amazing, a 6 month 'home and garden' mag subscription and tonight I got $109 worth of clothing for just $19 by using $70 worth of Surf Stitch vouchers which we got from our coke points and a $20 new customer discount. So it's not all bad :-P

I'm addicted to Pepsi Max but have been off it since 1 Jan, do 4 whole days. Headache has gone but it's still hard. I don't drink any tea or coffee and not much alcohol so this is it for me. If I'm stressed I will grab a can, plus one when I first arrive st work, then lunch. Anyway fingers crossed I can stay Pepsi Max free :-)

Yesterday was a fail. I had 2 cans of Pepsi max. In all reality, today is going to be a fail too. I woke up with a headache because I think my neck is out and caffeine is one thing that helps. I've had one can at lunch and will probably have another one later unless this headache miraculously disappears. I guess it's time for a massage

I'll restart tomorrow which is going to be a challenge whilst I'm at work.
