How are we going?
Anyone struggling? If you are have you fingered your triggers?
I'm struggling at the moment. I know that anxiety is a trigger for me and at the moment I'm struggling with mine. I know I am able to give up coke I've done it before, but when my anxiety is as bad as it currently is I struggle.
Working hard to find ways to calm it but hormones don't help!
How is everyone else doing?

Well Monday by lunch I had failed I totally forgot and got diet coke with my maccas meal, then I ended up having 2 600ml :0
Tuesday I had 1x 600 ml which I thought was really good since I normally drinking 1.5 - 2 liters I'm finding it hard to just quit cold turkey so i'm weaning

I'm struggling a bit. Dealing with a sick baby, now he's over the gastro and has 2 teeth coming through!! So my triggers are definitely sleep deprivation and stress. I see coke as a treat/comfort food, so when I'm feeling hard done by I justify the treat to myself :P
I've had half a can of coke yesterday and today... so I'm weaning off it

Yep definitely a treat.
It's my version of chocolate...my comfort.
So annoying. I'm definitely weaning too.
It's frustrating that it needs to be like that. When did it become such an addiction!
