No go with the fishing stuff in the shed. Dh squashed that flat, so glad I didn't move it!
So next idea is to clean out my clothes from his 'meant to be his' draws. I'll be good, so much stuff I never wear.

Do you think nesting can kick in at nearly 16 weeks?
Trio - a family could live for a while off the income from selling that much lego on ebay! Is it all in its packets still or has it been constructed? Is any of it DH's?

We're looking to move and there's no real estate to choose from We have 9 months (have bassinet) until it gets tight. Even if we had $1m, there would still be slim pickings.

Are you after different things or is one more easily pleased?

DH and I haven't disagreed on a property yet - they all have had something majorly wrong with them! Have been seriously looking and doing open homes for 6 months now, but started considering moving/building 3.5 years ago. (Put it on hold when a few other life things came up.)

He is pickier than me. But anything has to be better than where we are. Our second bedroom floods and leaks when it rains. I'm constantly fighting mould!! Not healthy I know.

Definitely sounds like you should move. When will you aim to move by?
