Just wanting to know how/what everyone else did, I'm thinking of having some sort of photo with my 2 girls touching my belly or something cute like that. With my firs 2 I jus imply told family and friends then put status up on facebook lol just wanting something a bit more special this time, Also how far along where also when you announced? im 8 weeks and don't think I can keep It a secret much longer!

I personally didn't do anything spectacular because I'm a sucker for keeping secrets and just blurt things out straightaway however I did see some very cute picture ideas on Pinterest. Like have all family members shoes pictured plus a new pair of baby shoes... and let people figure it out. Or get a black board and write due in .... and let the kids hold it. Or make hot cross buns and serve at a family dinner and see the confused faces (obviously it would have to be not near Easter) and then announce there's a bun in the oven!

My friend took photos of her DS with a mini blackboard that said something like Big Brother in 2013. The photos turned out awesome

To tell my husband I got him a gift box and filled it with this:

To tell our parents after our 8 week scan I made this cake:

Once we had told our friends and family I put our 12 week scan photo on face book with the caption " DH is having a baby I'm pretty sure it's mine"

A friend on Facebook recently announced her third pregnancy by posting a picture of her two kids, one holding a sign that said 'oldest' and the other holding one that had 'youngest' crossed out and 'middle!' written in its place. I thought it was a really cute way of announcing.

Like a PP, for facebook last time I just posted a picture of a bun in an oven and left it at that.

Took some people a while to figure out. Others got it straight away.
