    Default New Mum Holland Park

    Hi
I'm a 32yo first time Mum with a 9 week old baby boy. I haven't left the house much with him as I get a little anxious and I know that I need to build up my confidence. Things run like clockwork at home and not so much when I am out on my own so I tend to just stay home unless someone is with me. I thought that a 'playgroup' might help. Is there a group in Holland Park or Mount Gravatt or is someone wanting to start one?

    Thanks
    M

If you get onto your MCHN, they can refer you to a mothers group in your area. They are normally facilitated for 4 weeks and you just take it from there.
