    If you're worried about sugar content in muesli/cereal bars you can always make a batch of your own they freeze well too.

    You could bake up a batch of banana bread or muffins. Toy can add heaps of extra grated fruit or veg, and reduce the sugar content. Freeze into portion sizes too

    I've got to get into freezing stuff, definitely. Maybe carrot cake muffins. Will do a shop tomorrow and bake on Wednesday!
