    DH is having leftover salmon for tea. Pour some sweet chilli sauce on salmon fillets and a squeeze of fresh lime juice, wrap in alfoil then bake in oven. Really easy. I don't eat fish so no idea how long to actually cook it for sorry. MIL did them for Christmas, 3 large fillets (so 6 serves) were in the oven for about half an hour I think, on about 180deg.

    Im probably having cheesey cauliflower bake as ds lives off it.. Plus hes got a sore throat and its easy to chew.

    Quiche made from leftover BBQ chicken we had for lunch and whatever veg I have in the fridge, and salad :-)

    Lemon tuna pasta with heaps of parsley, chilli and Parmesan. Soooo good, so easy : )
