So it's Christmas morning and I amble into the bathroom to perform my morning ablutions. Atop the porcelain throne I "let it all out" - and as I do, I get the most overwhelming bladder cramps! Which isn't the first time, it's been on and off for a couple of weeks, but I dare say this was worse than before.
Does anyone else get this? It's only when I pee - not before, and the pain subsides fairly quickly after. I'm not sure if I should mention it to my GP, maybe it's not a big deal?
Besides that I've been getting regular pelvic cramps that radiate into my lower back. Possibly bowel related, not sure. What's the best way to manage this kind of pain?

Definitely sounds like you have a UTI. A quick trip to the dr for some antibiotics and you will feel better in no time! Also to try to prevent future ones, take cranberry tablets or drink cranberry juice
