So its pretty hot here at the moment & im finding myself waking up with a really dry mouth & first urine is really yellow.
Any tips on how to stay hydrated overnight? I think I do fairly well during the day but I have to taper off my drinking in early evening otherwise im up all night peeing.

I always have a glass of water beside the bed and just have a small sip if I wake up during the night feeling dry. Usually I'm getting up to pee about twice overnight, so I just have a small sip before I try to get back to sleep.

I have a 700ml water bottle that I sip out of constantly. I fill it up before bed and have sips if need be during the night.

Water by the bed. I get the dry mouth thing too! Regardless if I drink it or not I'm still up through the night lol (yawn)!

Since I was a kid, I haven't survived without water by the bed. You're surely getting up during the night to pee, so just have a few sips each time you do. : )

I usually get up to bf dd or to pee during the night. I have a bottle in the fridge and get a cup (so morning breath doesnt make the bottle go yucky) and drink from that through the night.
If you are ok with drinking room temp water then just put a cup and bottle beside your bed so you dont have to get up im in the first tri so am back to fridge water lol. Warm water makes me sick.
